I don't fault those "institutions." I fault the targeted demographics for being so lazy and stupid enough to let themselves be corraled onto said plantation.
Talent, beauty, and IQ are not distributed equally across all demographics. But in this country, and Western Culture in general, what is distributed equally is the opportunity to excel, given that anyone across any demographic actually makes an honest effort to learn a skill, develop a talent, or educate themselves so that they can succeed.
And from what we have seen over generations is that there are those in every demographic that choose to let themselves be corraled into any number of compromising positions due to their lack of initiative and determination.

One needs to solidly be an Article IV, Section 2. The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.
Once an Individual claims U.S. Citizenship, that person gives up Most of the Rights he or she may have had under State Citizenship, and is firmly placed as being a Federal Citizen, with only basic General rights, things such as Breathing, Eating, Pooping, maybe Clothing, maybe Shelter, but Corporate Rights, just like any other Corporation, solidly under the Protections of the 14th Amendment, Dual Citizen, Anchor Baby, asshoe Clauses....
