DeSantis is a traitor to America, and I am going to reject Floridians who think that he was a "great governor" for doing basic bullshit that was expected of him by his constituency (but somehow managing to fall flat on some bigger changes.)

Florida Legislature should put as many based laws or deregulation across his desk and get him to sign it into law as they can. While he's still in play acting mode. Take advantage.
He has been making some very progressive laws lately. SB 102 is going to wake a lot of people up when skyscrapers get built next to single family homes in the name of affordable housing. The bill totally preempts local zoning and allows projects to go straight to building permit without public hearings. He loves preempting local laws and regulations. There are some things that he has done that I like, others I very much do not. The soros endorsement was the last straw.
I live in a Florida county (due east of Lake Okeechobee) which has those exact regs in effect- no new buildings (any) over 3 stories- been active over a decade. This bill would piss off loads, Gov DeSuctapenis is showing he's owned not only w this bill but others coming to light. Trump will surely shine light on 'em

Fortunately for us (and unfortunately for them) eventually people either luck out and see it for themselves or someone red-pills them. Once that happens they will never stop seeing the symbolism. Even accidentally. Like for me for some reason I still tend to look at a digital clock right when it changes to 911 or 2111. I know the significance but it still happens, years after I learned who really did it.
Your brain does some really neat things along these lines. Examples - A couple years after I had Lasik I still found myself pushing phantom glasses up the bridge of my nose. Also I had neck fusion surgery where they fused C5-C7 together. As part of that I of course had the titanium hourglass-looking thing on the bones in the front with 6 screws to hold everything together.
For 3 or 4 days whenever I swallowed I could feel my Adam's apple or my trachea rubbing against the titanium or a screw. Then one day it was gone and I've never felt it again. The surgeon told me my brain would just "dial it out" and he was 100% right. The phantom glasses took longer - probably because I wore glasses for 20+ years.

When I hear someone enthusiastically say that they're voting for DeSantis over Trump, I immediately question their intelligence, awareness and general sense of the world.

Disagree with DeSantis being a RINO. The left despises him, second only to Trump. I question a lot of DeSantis's choices in friends but he still has time to fall in line. But I think DeSantis's track record as gov of Florida more than speaks for itself.
