I totally agree! But I get so darn frustrated when it’s people like Paxton, who are taking on the battle. He is no saint (neither is his wife - a state senator). Surely we can find people with cleaner backgrounds to be the face of justice. That's why I voted for Gohmert. Ken does great things for TX, but he is under such a cloud of investigations and actual real indictments that they will eventually catch up to him. Even if he beats them it will take him out of the game for a while.
If the RINOs had both of these reports as posted by OP, they have shirked their Primary Obligation to the Voters of Texas to uphold and Administer LAW and need to be Recalled.

Am impeachment is a vote for trial by the House. Like what happened to Trump. Paxton will be able to fight it out at that trial in the Senate.
