There was a lot of noise about the oil pipeline desecrating lands. I have not researched the locations spoken about in the article but that did pop into my head.
4th Amendment violation, federal case would be a good move. A sheriff who is constitutional can stop this in a heartbeat. This is why we MUST either educate our sheriffs or throw them out and find those who want to obey the Constitution and protect their people.
