Indictments aren't supposed to be this detailed, neither are there legitimately 37 different charges; the whole purpose is to be able to say “he was impeached, twice, indicted twice, with X outlandish number of charges" and thus poison people's minds.
What this whole thing comes down to is Milley was saying he stopped DJT from attacking Iran, and DJT demonstrated that it was he who stopped Milley from attacking Iran.
The rest is Kabuki theater and regardless what fool thing the next Judge might do would never survive appeal. So it should never have been presented to a grand jury, but the process is the punishment
Barnes said he believes that Biden went after Trump for cover. When Trump wins, he will use the charges against Trump to pardon Trump and also himself and family members involved in his pay for play. This way Biden has cover for his bad deeds, and Biden can say he’s doing it for the good of America.
Started listening and could not stop... Robert Barnes explains the case (or lack of a case) very well. The moves that President Trump has been making regarding this case tells me that he does not want it to go away easily. He is not just looking for personal vindication, he wants to lay the deep state bare for a full and transparent disclosure.
