I haven't heard about this yet, but the first thing that occurred to me was that Russia holds military parades frequently. Like I said, I haven't seen anything on this yet, so forgive me if this is obviously something else. I just hate it when we get fooled into believing someone's narrative. I suspect that the Russian people don't want war anymore than we do, and they are likely growing weary of being on a war footing and the morale of the people is critical to any successful military campaign.
