They are related because both “flat Earth” and “chemtrails” language was created by the CIA to use as a psyop to cover up some truth and turn both “something not quite right with globe Earth” and “aerially spraying of something” topics into Conspiracy Theories to deflect attention away from them. Not my opinion. It was a mod that stated that. I think they were saying cloud seeding is as stupid as flat earth theories. As far as flat earth I've only ever seen one compelling argument among many. But, I'll listen and be open minded.

I was wondering where all those aircraft went. I was assuming they had all been scrapped. It appears they may have been structurally refurbished and re-purposed. This same process is used when a commercial aircraft is converted into a tanker or when a special purpose transport aircraft is created for hauling pieces of other aircraft such as was done for the Boeing 787.

Both. Depends on what their purpose is. Not all of those you see are used for the same thing. Some are contracted out for PAX, others are dedicated sprayers, while others are for....well, who knows.
