The ENTIRE purpose of this new site is to give the government a twitter competitor that they can control. Now a judge says they can't do it. Fucking hilarious.

The person that the label is warning about is probably never notified unless it is posted like this by someone else, so they wouldn't even know that it's happening. It so underhanded.
