I have to agree. It is well known in DC circles (inner and mainstream) that he is not all that bright. His handlers on the other hand are. The people who "stole" the diary first tried to sell it to the Trump campaign. When the campaign was smart enough to avoid it, they turned to Project Veritas. It was the "thiefs" idea to have PV fly to Florida to get the diary. Which is the only reason the feds got involved.. otherwise it could only be a state case.

I've sometimes wondered if all the dementia "symptoms" is just an act. It would be a pretty evilly brilliant plan to orchestrate the "dementia Biden" in public, all while orchestrating all the damage behind the scenes. He only has to show himself to be totally cognizant at critical times, such as debates and major speeches, which he seemingly has been able to do. People claim he must be drugged up when he appears cognizant, but what if that is how he actually is?
Plus if he leaves office and ever gets pulled into court for his crimes, he can play the "I don't recall" Reagan card. I'm with you, strong doubts on actual dementia.
