They literally admit controlling the weather in released documents over decades. Shit like this, and the last stom that parked itself in the bahamas over the chinese port for days and followup the outline of the east coast... but... muh climate change.

BTW that storm you mention was Dorian, a catastrophic hurricane which had my FL county (due East of Okeechobee, east coast) in its bullseye until it miraculously froze for three days (literally unheard of for C5 storms which tend to move quickly), devastating the Bahamas. Was puckered for nearly a week... so much so, my ass thought I switched teams.
LOL! Dorian... thx. Couldn't remember storm name but remember how peculiar it "stalled" like that. Forgot it was a week. Thought it was several days.
Dorian stalled for 3 days, but my area of FL was in the target zone for a week
