I used to live on a street to which many of the older folk referred with an alternative name. Turned out that during WW1 the original name had sounded "too German" so the local authority renamed it.
I lived in a place that was renamed. Well it causes confusion when you need emergency services, even decades later as the government systems only know the old name 🤦. Most locals don't even know that name exists.
The new name is one of three in the country, two in the same state and the area code matches the wrong state so you literally had to teach your kids extra info in case they ever had to call an ambulance or they'll drive to the city version

I have thought for a long time that Q didn't actually want us to 'look to twitter', as in, watch twitter for The Message, but to watch what happens with (or to) twitter.
When PDJT left twitter and started Truth, that was partial confirmation. When the twitter files were released, that was another. Now, it's being called x, and that pretty much seals it in my mind.
