Will try it. But is it really music. Sounds more like Tone to me.
I use to unplug the antenna from the back of the TV, and listen to static. It sounded to me like an intense water fall. I would turn it up from low to loud and sleep like a baby. (Why do we say, sleep like a baby? Do we shit in our pants in the middle of the night and walk up screaming?)
Then with the new fangled TV, when you unplug the input, it just goes quite, there is no static sound.
I was in Atlanta attending a training class. Company always put us up in an apartment, four people, with two beds per room. During this class, my room mate was a pretty cool guy from South Dakota.
I told him when we were ready to turn the lights out that I usually listened to Sherlock Holmes books when I sleep, and asked if that would bother him. He said, no, because he sleeps with ear phones listening to Robin Hood books lol. That's funny there, I don't care who you are!
I now usually listen to a book from the Reacher series, or something from Vince Flynn, or Jack Car, and sometime Sherlock Holmes still.
research the Solfeggio Frequencies, there are 9 as in DO RE ME FA SO LA TI DO the numbers;
174/285/396/417/ 528/639/741/852/963 now look at those numbers and how they correspond to the key pad on a phone.
I listen to spooky storm sounds every night. I am a light sleeper and rarely get good rem sleep. Any noise or even vibration will wake me. I just don’t sleep good and sleep supplements just don’t help. Most make me wake up feeling worse. I injured my back so if I don’t sleep in the right position I am miserable the next day. So I found that certain noise, and certain pillows help. I recommend Mike Lindell’s pillow. It’s the best I’ve found. And I recommend noise. I went years without ever having a dream and then the past couple years doing my routine I’ve had many nights with dreams. I may not remember them all that vividly but I am experiencing more rem sleep than I have in past years. PTSD is a biotch and if you don’t have it you don’t understand how past trauma can really effect your overall well being. You just don’t have the quality of life you dreamed about as a child. It also causes those around you to suffer. Hat tip to relaxing guru on yt. I don’t know crap about this channel other than the vids help me sleep. Hopefully he’s on our side! Wwg1wga
Thing about it is ever single person on earth experiences Trauma as a child. Remember laying in bed with the cover pulled up tight, not making a move because you were sure the shirt hanging in the closet was a monster. Childhood is filled with traumatic experiences.
I don't know about you, but I had three older brothers and one older sister. The sister was a year older.
When our parents were away, our brothers would do things like lock us out on big front porch. We had big oak trees in from yard with lots of moss. They would tell us werewolf were coming to get us, and tell us it was the "meantime". We were terrified. This was not abuse, or something unusual for anyone that had older brothers, shit this was part of childhood.
If you had just said there is good music and there is bad music, i would agree. After years of playing using the reference tuning of 440 hz, I have never found any one that wanted to worship satan due to the music. Maybe that means I’m a decent musician. I have also tuned to 432 hz and haven’t been able to find anyone that could discern we were not playing in 440 hz. It seems the 440 conspiracy had something to do with disparaging the Germans after WWII. 440 hz as a reference tone was used well before WWII. Personally, as long as all band members/instruments are in tune, regardless of 440 vs 432 hz, I can’t tell the difference between the two.
The downvote makes me think I offended someone. Sorry. Just finished playing in a jazz quartet tonight and the other guitarist knew much more than I about various tunings. He said I was correct about 444 hz being the correct tuning for 528. But one thing I had completely forgotten was the actual A note on a guitar is 110 hz when tuned to 440 hz. 440 hz is a harmonic. Great tidbit to know when talking about tension. So if your a guitarist, tune the A to 111 instead of 110 hz if you want to play in 528. I’m sure I would not be able to tell the 1 hz difference, but maybe others can. Kind of fun to see.
I don't think so, 440 is considered standard and 432 is often used because it is a natural harmonic frequency. I have a tuner that maxes out between 410 and 480. I honestly think that 432 hz = 432 hz and 528 hz = 528 hz, but I'm not sure why a guitar (for example) couldn't be tuned to 528 hz instead. I imagine it would be way too much string tension.
Yes. Too much string tension unless you want to destroy the guitar. 528 hz as the reference frequency of A , I do not think it makes sense for orchestal instruments either, too high. The reason I asked about 444 hz as the reference is that it would make the C(5) note to be exactly the 528 hz frequency. This seems to be the logical tuning to achieve 528 hz. After all, the exact frequencies we are discussing represent only one note in the scale. By tuning to 444 hz for A you are in harmony to C at 528 hz.
If my thoughts are correct, I’m not sure why they call this 528 hz music as opposed to 444 hz. I can understand the possibility of healing tones, but once again that is one specific frequency, not really music. Maybe 528 hz music has a subliminal drone tone buried in it at 528?
All though I am an old boomer, I have been listening to the EDM genres. I found a "very awakened" artist called Paraleven who has been releasing most of his music at 432 hertz. I even attended one of his concerts in Atlanta (32,000 crowd size) and was seriously impressed.
For those interested, this is what I've been listening to:

ThankQ fren, much appreciated.
No ads pop up to destroy the experience I hope!
Brave Browser on your phone would block ads on YouTube
I used that to listen and got no ads. Nice!
I prefer Newpipe myself, but if it works for you.
Also newpipe for android if you want to download
I only had ads at the beginning. But i also have adguard installed on my phone.
Do you know how to load mp3s to your phone? I have the audio downloaded from the video.
I assume I can use my tablet to download for it just the same?
Looks like you found a way to listen to it without ads. Enjoy! But if you want the mp3 for offline listening please let me know I'd gladly share it.
Thanks!!

Maybe I'll try the 528 hz tone.
Hey buddy, how did you find this post lol. 8 months ago :)
How did I find your 8 month old post?
How did my wife recently find the little spring to the bottom of the coffee pot filter out in the yard while cutting the hedge?
Shit Happens!

All in alignment
That is so cool! Thanks for sharing!
The key tone on a digital phone, if I remember correctly was called DTMF (Dual Tone Multiple Frequency.)

YES
I agree with you on the My Pillow. I do sleep better since I got one.
With the back pain issue, this will change your life, it did mine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7qwFjKYlbf4
And since you say you have a PTSD problem, you are a prime candidate to fit into this back pain caused by mental issue area.

I prefer 432
Any notable differences?
For a musician wanting to achieve 528 hz music would this be the same as 444 hz tuning?
I think it just means A=528 vs 440.
Research 440 as satanic dissonance
Wonder if that's why the 440 engine in the Dodge was named Dodge Demon lol.

Awesome. Used to be into EDM a lot. This is good!
Seems like a ton of people have been listening to this to sleep lately, even some of my normie friends admitted to using hz
Sounds like something monks would hum along to.
