The Administrative state is tyranny. OUR Congress critters pass laws and allow non-elected bureaucracies to print thousands of pages of regulations, allegedly to "implement" the law, but the result is to interfere with the lives or ordinary citizens. Adjudicated by agency "judges" responsible to who knows whom, but certainly not the voters and taxpayers. AND they are often funded by FINES so that they have a great incentive to FINE normal hard working ppl and businesses. It is a SCAM, for too long!
I really love the agencies that are redundant between federal and state. For example, there's OSHA and in Michigan there's MIOSHA, also the EPA and the Michigan DEQ. As if one set of regulations weren't enough.
The potential of SEC v. Jarkesy to instate the right to a jury trial in administrative civil cases could make it one of the most consequential cases of the upcoming term.
Bringing accountability to the SEC through class action. Shareholders in DWAC will be especially interested.
Juries don't fix the problem. Every jury pool in the world has been tainted by Mockingbird access. You are almost never going to get a fair trial in any fashion, as opinions are shaped before they are even chosen.
One random thing you said on here will be played all over the news for a long enough period of time that anyone who they could choose will have formulated an opinion based not on whether you did something wrong and deserve to be punished, but rather that you hold an opinion that they disagree with -- or even that you post here at all, which to them means you must have many horrible, awful opinions.
Knowing what you know now, could you be an impartial juror for the ‘trials’ and only seek justice and not vengeance? I believe many on this board could do that task if required.
Background for comment: I’ve never served on a jury or tried a jury trial. Bench trials only.
In every day stuff? Possibly. But my opinion could be swayed the same as anyone else's if I were someone who participated in viewing media talking points. You can get pretty deep into the psychology, and "reverse" psychology can be pretty powerful as I have tried to point out here in the past before.
The access to information is a blessing and a curse for things like this.
For these deep state whorebitches? Definitely not. But I also don't believe I should have to be for them. They are supposed to work for me, for us, they were never meant to gain control and profit from it.
Thank you for the comment and for seeking clarification.
Not for everyday stuff and not for the DS. I’m thinking brainwashed everyday folk. Your not so evil neighbor who is a teacher, or low level in the medical field. They pushed the agenda but they are not cabal. They were deceived. How does society handle the brainwashed? IMHO, not everybody gets the rope. Justice, yes.
Context: Praying for the enemy.
I think distinction matters; for example, I would absolutely believe in the rope for the people who are pushing kids to transition.
I also believe in the rope for nurses and doctors who "accidentally" gave the clot shot as well, and any who knew it was dangerous but did it anyway for cash.
The people in between, who seriously did not know? Fine, no rope; but they should be scrutinized heavily during a prosecutorial phase to prove them innocent, and I think the reversal of the presumption of innocence until proven guilty is also fair when they were trying to force us into submission on the basis of "killing grandma"
Needs to happen - it's as though each little or large agency is its own fiefdom and none have to obey the Constitution. They do what they want to the detriment of we the people.
Administrative Lawfare is tyranny. Any government that constantly “nudges” it’s citizens by using carrot and stick tactics is an aggressive foreign body and should be abolished. It’s a cancer. Praise the Lord and pass the ivermectin!
Not only trial by jury but also jury nullification, currently a subject that, when raised, will bring you the judges wrath and expulsion from the jury pool.
It seems: 12 angry men still is interesting to contemplate.
Firing squads or gtfo
Amen, finality is in order.
Firing squads will happen, but not until out rightful President is back at the helm in DC
Reckoning council or kindly leave the premises.
Ironically this all started with Sessions. Trust sessions?

Agree. Regulations are just laws by another name, and the executive branch is not supposed to make law, that's Congress' job.
Imagine a jury getting involved in matters involving the taxman. Glorious.

Meanwhile, “Deep state prepares to kill SCOTUS justices”

Yes, that's why one of many vulnerabilities with the current system.
Accountability needs to be done from the top down, starting with government and the media. Justice is well and truly perverted.

Depends on the person.

It's about time. The administrative agency trials are unconstitutional altogether in my opinion.
Not holding out any hope for SCOTUS doing anything of value at this point.
Something wonderful will happen
Next, let's get back to the FULL jury capabilities which include: Jury Nullification and the citizen Grand Jury.
This would change the country as we know it. Let freedom ring.
