His neck looks odd and he has a scar on the side of his chin. Furthermore, that stone wall in the background looks “interesting”. I flipped it so the left side is on the top and look at that dark section. - looks like the torso-head of an angry black demon leaning forward and yelling. Maybe I’m just used to picking out shapes in clouds and such, but some things seem strange in this photo. (My two cents worth).
