Does anyone know how a military intervention would occur? It certainly wouldn’t come from executive actions. Congress swamp drags their feet to run out the clock,the DOJ won’t police themselves. The optics of a military coup would be too much turmoil. I’ve run through every scenario I can think of and still can’t come up any way it could be triggered
I have a theory with two aspects. One, declass happens, blackout occurs and the military is mobilized to retain order during the blackout.
And/or the nuclear standoff is a little more than just a tense moment. It's possible that actual missiles are launched with no war heads. This would trigger a change over of command from civilian peacetime control to millary control. Once that happens the millitary can do what needs to be done, likely under comms blackout for civilians.
I'm inclined to think it will be the nuclear stand off that gets everyone inside, delcass happens at that time but people are still scared shitless so they stay home for the time being. While people are studying up on the declass, getting super pissed off, the millitary is deploying to get ready for mass civil unrest once people start to venture outside after the crisis is over.
The military then runs the country under a soft state of martial law until new elections can be set up and conducted.

A black swan is a hidden (or seemingly useless at face value) piece of information that, when revealed at the bargaining table, can drastically alter the course of a business negotiation and push your counterparts toward a deal.
In my understanding of "black swan", mind you, I'm not familiar with the term "black swan event". The implication would be that we already have the most damming piece of evidence but are possibly overlooking it as it's face value/ or in its current context may seem like useless/ and or not relevant information.
They may be referring to Maui being black swan in the sense that it's NWO arson masquerading as climate change, but apart from that I'm not sure how it's a black swan event.
