Everyone needs Omega 3 oil. No one needs Omega 6 oil. But everyone eats them at a ration of 20:1, that is, Omega 6 to Omega 3. Plus, olive oil is Omega 9, and is good for you. Saturated fats are very good for you: Butter, bacon fat, lard, coconut oil, palm oil, chicken goose and duck fat. All good for you. Eat them. Throw out the canola and soy and "vegetable"oils. They are very bad for you.

Totally true. Why do you think the pharmedical profession screams bloody murder that you should NOT eat these healthy fats but says nothing about Mountain Dew and Doritos?
They WANT you fat and sick, they WANT you to give yourself diabetes, they WANT you to have heart disease and amputations as a result. They make MONEY this way. The pharmaceutical giants who own them make MONEY this way.
Just like the so-called "doctors" performing genital mutilation on children. They do it for the MONEY. They do not care about health. At all.
Yeah these days my daily intake of saturated fats is about 3x of the daily value yet my body fat and blood pressure have been trending down for several months now.
And even "health" products are loaded with seed oil. I looked at some high protein chips that were on sale and found vegetable oil in the ingredients. Some had soybean oil as well. Marketed as healthier alternatives but still loaded with the same poisons to sabotage you.
Lately I have been asking the server every time I visit a restaurant what oil they use in their fryer. 9/10 times it's soybean oil, and I notice my stomach usually feels sick after eating anything fried in that, so I avoid it.
I work in a restaurant where we use beef tallow and its so much better.
My main problem with fluoride in water is that it's really a way to dispose of an industrial waste. That's how it started, the aluminum industry had a lot of waste product they were tired of paying to dispose of.
I'm not an expert, but have studied nutrition for a few decades due to having celiac disease. Earlier this year I found an excellent article discussing Seed Oils. I think it is a sound article that aligns with what I have found as true over many years if anyone is interested. https://www.mindbodygreen.com/articles/are-seed-oils-bad-for-you
Sometimes you'll see cotton seed oil in chips and canned fish, etc. That oil is an industrial waste product not fit for human consumption. Incredible how much sheer malicious stupidity and avarice there is in the food, scientific and medical establishments.
And, what's with this being a right issue??? Those freaking journalists don't know what the f they're talking about. Is Paul Saladino author of Carnivore Code on the right? Is author of Big Fat Lie, Nina Teicholtz on the right? Who knows! Surely not the stupid rolling stone magazine.
Fun to read all of those twitter replies. Do any of these journalists have any shame for the drivel they spit out now? Obviously the ones with any integrity have left the MSM.
Seed oils? Like Canola* oil, sesame, corn, olive, and safflower oil? I haven't heard about this. Butter is great but burns at a lower temp. What is the politically correct frying agent du jour?
*Rape seed, but with a Canadian PR and marketing team to re-name.

And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee.

Atherosclerosis in Ancient Egyptian Mummies: The Horus Study
Results
Forty-four of 52 mummies had identifiable cardiovascular (CV) structures, and 20 of these had either definite atherosclerosis (defined as calcification within the wall of an identifiable artery, n = 12) or probable atherosclerosis (defined as calcifications along the expected course of an artery, n = 8). Calcifications were found in the aorta as well as the coronary, carotid, iliac, femoral, and peripheral leg arteries. The 20 mummies with definite or probable atherosclerosis were older at time of death (mean age 45.1 ± 9.2 years) than the mummies with CV tissue but no atherosclerosis (mean age 34.5 ± 11.8 years, p < 0.002). Two mummies had evidence of severe arterial atherosclerosis with calcifications in virtually every arterial bed. Definite coronary atherosclerosis was present in 2 mummies, including a princess who lived between 1550 and 1580 BCE. This finding represents the earliest documentation of coronary atherosclerosis in a human. Definite or probable atherosclerosis was present in mummies who lived during virtually every era of ancient Egypt represented in this study, a time span of greater than 2,000 years.
Conclusions
Atherosclerosis is commonplace in mummified ancient Egyptians.
Avocado oil is good for you and smokes at higher temps. I'll oil my cast iron to cook my steaks, then butter when I switch to low or plate the meat.
Seed oils can also cause irritable stomach, so if you've ever had to immediately cross yourself after eating, it may be due to seed oils. Seed oils also cause constant inflammation.
*Rape seed, but with a Canadian PR and marketing team to re-name.
I remember going "what did he say" on the old tractor challenge episode of Top Gear when they were talking about rapeseed and having no idea what it was.

Almost 95% of soybean grown in the US is GMO. No wonder you feel sick afterwards.
I only use olive oil in my deep fryer at home. I'm not anywhere near the smoke point and food tastes better fried in it as well.
you forgot lard...
seriously, fry something as simple as an egg in lard sometime...
absolutely heavenly.
Eggs fried in bacon grease are the earth’s most perfect food.
Sausage grease works in a pinch too
Olives are a fruit. (Not sure if you were suggesting it was a seed)
next you'll be telling me fluoride is bad for me!!

The ones paid by Monsanto and co.

Hahaha.... what's Overton's goalpost?
It seems if you're onto the truth you are automatically on the Right! In the Right, Right on!

Olive oil is not a seed oil. Sesame seed oil is used in small amounts for the flavor and not the health benefits.
Avocado or coconut oil for high temperature frying are my recommendations.
To be honest, I use an air fryer for most things I would have deep fried in the past.
I like lard. You gotta watch the temp like a hawk, but it's worth it.
also, try frying an egg in it sometime...
I don't eat pork or any unclean thing. There are promises associated with that.
More bacon for you!
Pigs are very clean when not confined to a tiny pen and allowed to act naturally.

Fair enough, lol
I haven't been a big deep-fried food cook (except for rosettes at Christmas), but I LOVE the air fryer. That thing is a game changer.
When they tell you the truth about what it's doing to you
AKA canola.

Seed oils mean more polyunsaturated fats in your skin which oxidize more easily from UV exposure than all other fats and therefore easier sunburn and more skin cancer. https://reallytanman.substack.com/p/seed-oils-the-real-cause-of-skin
I remember going "what did he say" on the old tractor challenge episode of Top Gear when they were talking about rapeseed and having no idea what it was.
Use ghee or clarified butter for frying at high temperatures.
Thanks for the tip!
