I got a call from my mom that my brother had a mild heart attack last night. We are still waiting on details. He has been under a tremendous amount of stress all throughout CV trying to keep the family business alive while having three teenagers in high school/college. When I was the kids age, my dad had cancer and I remember the absolute fear (Dad still with us almost 40 years later!) But this is a hard time for us all that just got harder. The GAW gang is wonderful and your prayers would be most appreciated.

Of course, there is a time for each one of us to die. But until then, it is our time to LIVE and believe that we can and are being healed! We don't beg Jesus to heal us, we believe he IS healing us! Until the day He calls us, and we know not the day or the time, but know we will be ready for it.
Live not in fear, especially fear of death. A man wailed, "I am going to die!" The philosopher rejoined, "and all other men are immortal?"
Fear not death, and despair not of His wanting to heal us in the mean time!

Lord, the men in our lives are so precious. They embody your strength. Please take the burdens off of this brother of our friend, as he rests and looks to you. I pray he will cast his cares completely on you and allow you to shoulder them so he can rest in his trust of you ....and I pray you will heal him completely by your loving mercy and outstretched arm. We know Christ not only died for our sins, but your Word says that by His stripes we are healed. We therefore claim this promise for this son of yours. Amen.

Holy Father, We are asking for the healing of one of your much loved children. We ask Lord that you heal his heart and make it stronger than it ever was before. Bless him Lord for his faithfulness to you and for the hard work he has put in to care for his family's every need. They still need him now Lord, and so we ask that you continue to allow him to complete his earthly love for his family as he spreads your message of his healing. In my life I found covid seemed to activate stress like I’ve never had before. Took praying and a few rounds of ivermectin to reduce mine down to more normal levels. Like something lingered after the sickness

Prayers all around friend, I can relate, I am in the same position trying to keep a family operation a float, I work 7 days a week 14 hours a day in the summer and it has worn me down and stressed me to the max. My brother's health is failing and my mom is 86. I am 63 and the last surviving member of the family that works the business. We want to sell it and it sits on 130 acres of land and the township has it tied up that we are limited what we can do with it. It is a golf course. Covid was the best thing that happened to the business, it has skyrocketed hopefully we can sell it on the merits as a golf course.
He and your family will be in my prayers.
