BREAKING: 11th Circuit Emergency Writ Accepted To Hear Case To Invalidate Fraudulent 2020, 2022 Elections - Justice Clarence Thomas To Rule
Now that would be exciting, especially the part, Thomas or the whole Supreme Court as a choice. Don't know why the uncertifiable equipment took this long to be heard as its always been a critical issue. Looking forward to this unfolding. Thanks for posting.
Sticky worthy.
I would love some lawyer-types to weigh in with their opinions on this. Does it have merit or just another nothing burger?
SHOULD IT HAVE MERIT? Absolutely. Will it? NO!
Neither Thomas nor SCOTUS has agreed to hear or do anything - all this person has done is file something with SCOTUS. It was “accepted” in the sense that the clerk acknowledged that that received it. 1000% sure they will vote to NOT hear this case for a multitude of reasons.
A Writ of Mandamus Justice Thomas can rule on independently or he can forward it to SCOTUS. The 11th circuit also encompasses Georgia. The Writ involves Florida and is primarily concerned with the midterm elections of 2022 - but the case could be applicable to the 2020 elections as well because the same equipment was used. We will wait and see. If this does not get anywhere in this circuit jurisdiction, it probably won't fly anywhere.
Now we're cookin with gas!
We gotta hurry before they outlaw gas!!
So the entire thing is up to Clarence Thomas now?
👀👀👀
Maybe I dont understand it but they want to invalidate the elections in Florida in 2020 and 2022. How is that a good thing didnt republicans win Florida in both the elections. That does not sound like something anyone wants.
A red state declared having fraudulent elections would probably be easier to pull off than a blue state given our judiciary environment.
As far as the governor's race DeSantis would still win in a landslide. There are many stolen primaries on both sides controlled by these machines and the uni party, to keep their uni party. Florida has problems, still
Just in time to contradict the bullshit the media is trying narrate about Meadows telling Trump he lost and he shouldn’t say he won.
Looks like a nice win in the making.
All I'm wondering is what took so long.
Timing is everything. Maybe enough people are sick of this shit that they’d welcome proving election fraud just to stop the bleeding and chaos.
How would a ruling here affect the bogus Georgia charges against POTUS?
