I'm looking at this on a 27" 4K monitor. The weird line across Netanyahu's neck is simply the shadow cast by his shirt collar from the spot lights aimed at him that are about chest level. Multiple heights of lights are directed at him, some from the top and some from the sides. Nothing nefarious, this time.
There is no mask. Netanyahoo is 74 years old. Masks can't fake lips motions and ears(auditory canal). A common give away is that the masks are usually a size or two too large. So you'll notice odd sizing that make you look closer. Other tells would be the eyes, misaligned mouth, and stiff dry "skin". Also, you'd have to have not seen much humans if you couldn't recognize most of those masks they showed off as fake.
It’s still pretty weird that Biden was in a boot a few days after he stole the election. There was even a video of him putting his full weight on it. The story about him chasing his dog after he got out of the shower or whatever that was? That sounded fake too.
I don't understand, he doesn't wear boot now so how can it be anything other than some injury. Just because he lied about how his injury happened, doesn't mean it wasn't an injury at all. His potato brain probably caused the injury is some really embarrassing way, of course he would lie about it.

My hunch is the boot is something the person gets after they’ve been arrested by military intelligence, and it stays on until they take a plea deal of some kind. It’s also possible the boot is some kind of temporary thing until another device of some kind - possibly a microchip - can be implanted. That’s all speculation of course but the counter theory that all these people coincidentally had foot injuries after Trump won doesn’t make sense to me either.
