I've loved rock music for 50 years. I don't know one single song by Kid Rock, don't even know if he's had a hit record. But I like him because even though he's famous he's not a woke, shit-brained entertainer. He loves Trump, speaks calmly and respectfully the truth...and is a grandfather who still calls himself "Kid", that's hilarious to me.
As a senior Kid Rock came along after my youth, but a year or so ago I started singing some of his songs at Karaoke. I live in Nashville and like to sing Picture with tourist ladies. Born Free is also a go to, along with Blue Jeans and a Rosary, and God knows Why. He performs a mix of genres.
Just to give you a heads up... His music is hit and miss, but he singlehandedly saved Woodstock 99 for a ton of people about to go ballistic at 1pm in extreme heat.
I believe Billy Busch was making an attempt at it. He has gone out and tried creating a new brand but abv or whoever owns Budweiser now crushed him. Also had a lot to do with not owning his own brewery and some of the other hoops he had to jump through
