Would it surprise anyone to find out animal fat is the healthiest oil?
We’ve been lied to.
About everything. BISON meat ftw
i tried bison meat once while i was in montana. it did not change my life but it was ok
Rendered with bacon fat, **Chef's kiss
it's also great machine lubricant
The fookin Canadians are trying to kill us. That would explain why they're always so nice.
Notice this entire conspiracy is being run by nice caring compassionate appearing people? Elon Musk this week said we have people who appear nice doing evil things. We need to call them out.
George Carlin said when fascism comes to America it’ll come under the guise of manners. We are there.
And in the guise of caring about your health.
Where have we seen that trick before?
Both my dr and nutritionist still recommended me canola oil when I said I prefer olive oil
why would you go to them? If they are clueless about this, they are clueless about everything else.
Oil is one thing... but I recently had a doctor who still wanted to vaXXXinate me. I don't know if it's kooks or kickbacks? or sheep?
It became popular after they renamed it from Rape seed Oil.
Raped our health alright
It's another Brassica plant like mustard, broccoli and cabbage. They grow tons of it in Europe too. I fry with butter. Sometimes lard or coconut oil. Butter ghee is best but so expensive.
People just bend over and take it now.
Canola did not exist 50 years ago, back then, there was only rapeseed oil. Furrther back to the early 1900s it was used as a machine lubricant and was toxic to humans if ingested. What is NOT commonly known is that CANOLA (Canada <can> Oil <ola>) is actually RAPESEED that was the first GENETICALLY MODIFIED ORGANISM GMO, to be successfully marketed commercially as an edible oil. The rapeseed plant was genetically modified to remove the toxins that rapeseed oil normally contained and thereby made the oil a so-called ?SAFE? product for human consumption. Genetically modified in the late 1970s where Canola became readily available as an alternate crop in 1980 and beyond. This new GMO rapeseed could no longer be called rapeseed as that would have been illegal, so they had to come up with a new name, they created a quite innocent sounding name and called it Canola. I learned this in my early years in College when I studied Plant Genetics. The funny thing is that very few people know that Canola is actually a GMO, and as such, are buying many products that contain this very unhealthy oil and are none the wiser. Food processors use it because its so cheap. The important point here is how far Monsanto has gone to coverup the fact that Canola is a GMO. If consumers knew the truth, it could really damage the Canola oil industry. My two cents.
In China there are workers whose job it is to go into sewers and recover whatever oleaginous gloop and slop they can, to be reconstituted into cooking oils. I wouldn't be surprised if that's what Monsanto et al have been repackaging and pushing as 'canola' oil.

Canola is poison. It is a very inflammatory omega 6 oil and should never be eaten, but especially, should NEVER, EVER, EVER be heated and used to saute or fry. Yet, this is what millions of Americans do with it. Death.
Lovely story behind Canola oil. Canola oil was derived from rapeseed. In its original form, rapeseed is toxic. Two Canadian scientists figure out how to remove the toxins and created Rape oil. Needless to say, the marketing for rape oil would not appeal to the mass consumer market, so they named it Canola for Canadian Oil. Rape oil, not a very appealing marketing name 🤣
