It's nice to have some comfort in not being the only person fucked over by this? Have you contacted your representative? And have you submitted a waiver? I was told USCIS probably won't grant waivers just for the COVID vaxx, but it might buy some time for the requirement to go away.
If I were state side, that would be my approach (not legal advise). Outside of the country, a waiver doesn't do much for me.

I have no doubt of this. Many of you know that my husband has stage 4 lymphoma and I am on SSDI because of spinal issues. The VA was his only health care provider when he was diagnosed in Feb of 2020. He is currently in remission but through no fault of the VA. When they saw he had cancer. They did a means test looking back two years (he was working then) and decided he should pay copays for his care and recinded his milage payments regardless of the cancer or employement status. He had 100 percent coverage and milage help prior to Biden. They delayed his BMT from June to mid Oct. Threatening him that if they found pot in his system at anytime, they would refuse to allow him to have it. They pulled all his teeth except 6 on the bottom, because they claimed he could get an infection during the transplant. Then they refused to replace them with anything. I finally called our congressman who opened a congressional inquiry.
We finally got SSDI and medicaid and stopped getting treatment at the VA. He was still getting scripts and when "our share" reached $1,000 they turned us over to a debt collector. We explained to them and they told us to forget it. We managed to but they then had his SSDI with hour the money. $300 a month. We just finished in time to get his Medicare. He turned 65. He never had any problems until Binden. He served 9 years years this country for 9 years. He is a Golden Shellback. And this is his reward? Call me bitter but that alone makes us loyal to Trump and the plan.
