Use Chlorine Dioxide. 4 drops of each A&B bottles in a Nettie pot bottle. Wait about 60 seconds to fully react, then blow into sinus cavity. Will sting like hell IF you have an infection. No infection, no sting. Will clean it up with only a few doses.

Chlorine Dioxide. A guy named James Humble (sp?) discovered it cured Malaria I think, and he then went on to discover that it cured a lot of ailments. Like Ivermectin and Fenbezadole it is an anti-parasitic.
Dr. Mercola recommends nebulizing hydrogen peroxide. I have everything ready to go but I've been taking a 12mg Ivermectin once a week and haven't been sick since before the pandemic! I saw his writeup on nebulizing H2O2 and it makes good medical sense. You might have to subscribe/pay for his private library to access it, but it's WELL worth the price for all the info you get. I also did chlorine dioxide for a week or so early on in the plandemic. Got thru it, but that stuff tastes nasty.....
I don't use a nebulizer but I do use a humidifier. I add about 1 tbsp food-grade 35% H2O2 per liter of water before I go to sleep and generally, whatever was in my sinuses is out in the morning.
The taste is AWFUL but if you hold your nose it's not as bad. It worked for me twice. If it works again I am going to say correlation is causation, because traditionally I cannot shake a sinus infection without antibiotics.
I am really interested in all of this alternative medicine stuff. Ivermectin worked for me when I had COVID-like symptoms (got sick after family members tested positive). It was the worst sore throat I have ever had in my life. Gone in 1 day with horse paste.
Doctors today do not want to prescribe dick to treat a sinus infection. They will let you suffer forever until you raise hell or find an understanding doc.
He's way into methylene blue these days and tiny amounts of niacinamide. Relatively cheap and I believe serves me well. Also the high calorie carb rich diet.
You mix a small batch at a time and spray it up your nose. Can burn like crazy at times!
Started using it in place of a saline solution nasal rinse. Have had good results with it. I alternate with the saline rinse and snoot, depending on what I think is more appropriate.
We use saline nasal spray with Xyletol. Works like magic. Safe and effective. We used the food grade H2O2 during COVID infection, it was very pleasant and refreshing. Diluted strongly of course.
I just go to nurse practitioner and lie about how long it's been going on..and leave w a Z pac
I use a neil-med bottle with their saline packet with warm filtered watter. Add 1/2 teaspoon of betadine iodine.
Works wonders.

That's what MMS is, per the OP's comment elsewhere here.
Ah. Why not just call it what it is, then?
I only just learned myself, via that comment, seconds before I saw yours.
And you can't edit titles. He must regret calling it that.
Nobody calls a certain pain reliever "acetylsalicylic acid." They call it aspirin.
What is MMS?

I use Snoot or mix it myself. Have had excellent results for my sinus issues.
Snoot as in powdered tobacco?

There's been stuff about chlorine dioxide on this site. There's more if you search. https://greatawakening.win/p/16ZqKsYF6n/chlorine-dioxide-info-preparatio/c/

Tried it for some flu or crap I had. Not sure if it worked though. It won’t kill you.
