Former fan of the show here.
The top left and bottom right images are real.
The top right and bottom left ones are FAKE.
Take this down. It's not helping our cause.
Thank you. Plus, watching it as a child, we thought Fred and Barney going to the Water Buffalos was ridiculous. It was made to look as such--they did everything wrong. I am sure I saw every episode, and trust me, joining a social club like that never entered my mind. I always pictured them wearing some absurd hat.
The Flintstones was meant to be an adult cartoon in the same vein as The Simpsons, Family Guy, and South Park. William Hanna and Joseph Barbara felt that they were able do things with the characters that they were not able to do on any other series such as Yogi Bear or Tom and Jerry. These include:
The flintstones were the cartoon version of the honeymooners
That Jackie Gleason was always threatening to beat the shit out of his wife.
One of these day Alice .. one of these days POW right in the kisser, was funny back in the day
To the moon!....saw a cartoon w astronauts on moon looking at someone impacted on moon..one said "it's alice kramden" lol
Cept they had the raccoon lodge
Also, the storyline involving the birth of Pebbles closely followed the storyline involving the birth of Little Ricky on I Love Lucy. One of the differences was that Fred's Mother in law was involved.
Sons name is Bam Bam and at the time a polite way of referring to sex was Boom Boom.
Didn't know that. Besides that, Bamm Bamm was pretty strong for a baby.
While I'm sure the message of this is correct, the images have been doctored.
Crazy how much fake and ghey crap is getting put on here.
you don't find it interesting to revisit childhood programming knowing what you now know?
Betty rubble is hot but she's no judy jetson
Eep opp orkk ah-ah ah-ah hot indeed!
Wasn't Fred Flintstone a quarry worker who was struggling to maintain a middle class lifestyle? I don't know much about the Freemasons, but he never came across as being part of any 'elite'.
I think all the organizations that require secrecy are up to no good and the masons are no exception.
By my grandpa was a mason and he was the best guy ever. He didn't rise in the ranks though, I think he was a grundoon level.
They don't jump you in till 33 degree
Yeah, so I think they only invite the ones they want to invite to the upper echelons.
My grandpa wasn't.
Mine too. He became a Christian later in life.
Probably at "still paying dues" stage of the club.
