This is why I told people to never resign over being forced to get the vax. Make them fire you, then in the future, when it all gets exposed, you can get back pay.
This could have been the design too, knowing companies would get in trouble afterwards and possibly lead to going bankrupt and then big brother steps in
The great reset?
Purolator, which is owned 91 per cent by the federal government of Canada through Canada Post,
I'm going to say it was the design.
That is a possibility as well.
Very true.

Road Warrior News has obtained two memos from Teamsters Local Union Number 31, the British Columbia local which spearheaded the third successful grievance against Purolator Inc.
Purolator, which is owned 91 per cent by the federal government of Canada through Canada Post, suspended and/or terminated hundreds of employees and owner/operator contractors when they declined to disclose their COVID-19 vaccination status.
After having fought the grievances in Ontario and Quebec, it appears Purolator may be out of options after the December 14th decision in British Columbia, which calls for reinstatement and compensation for employees and owner/operators who were terminated during the COVID period. The full, 196-page arbitrator’s decision is expected to be posted on December 18th.
Protests by Purolator employees who were “Healthy and Ready to Work,” as posted on their signs, happened multiple times in 2022. Photo: RWN “It is a great, great feeling to be vindicated, to be acknowledged by the arbitrator,” says one Purolator employee who requested anonymity. “So many of us were treated very unfairly, so the money will be great, yes – when we get it, it won’t be instant – but having our treatment acknowledged as wrong is the most important thing.”
The employee goes on to note that they personally know Purolator workers who lost their homes and in some cases their marriages: “The guy came home to tell his wife he’d been laid off, and she said, ‘Well, if you can’t support us, I’m leaving’ – she took their child and left.”
To make such situations even worse, these employees lost their benefits including mental health benefits, “so just when that guy needs to talk to a counsellor the most, he can’t. He can’t afford it, and he has no benefits. Never, never did I ever expect to see the government of our country treat its own employees with such cruelty. Never.”
What I'm curious about is Statute of Limitations coming into play.
For those of us that were fired for mandated shot related things - we're crossing the 2 year mark, or already have.
As far as I know, 2 years is often the statute of limitations on these sorts of cases... hopefully I'm wrong.
At what point are we SOL?
If you were wrongly fired, what is stopping you from lawyering up and suing?
Do you think Southern California lawyers and court systems are awake enough yet?
I don't.
Not to mention - tech industry involving multi-billion dollar companies.
Additionally, it's not like people have a spare few thousand lying around for a lawyer, especially in a system where the cards are still stacked against you.
I've been waiting - and watching - and preparing.
Any other questions?
Yes, have you checked into what the actual statute of limitations are on your issue with a lawyer or just asked on an online chat site?
Every lawyer I've approached in Southern California, once understanding the wrongful termination was for refusing to get a shot and understanding the company, stopped being interested.
I've tried right when it happened and handful of other times since, including about 3 months ago.
There are a couple of lawyers on SoCal Christian radio advertising that they're helping people who used religious reasons to refuse the shot.
Even though I am Christian, I did not use that excuse.
Reason is, because 2 of my co-workers were also against getting the shot, whom are not Christian.
I had a lot of clout (lol, right?) - so I wanted to make sure my route was something they too could use (the right to refuse should not be exclusive to religious exceptions).
Anyways - since my case doesn't include religious exceptions, perhaps that's why the lawyers get cold feet - they never say.
And that tells me, that we haven't hit that wall yet - certainly not in SoCal.
Regarding Statute of Limitations - CA has a 2 year policy for wrongful termination.
Is "Wrongful Termination" what my case falls into? As far as I can guess, yes. But again - no lawyer that I've talked to will walk forward.
We're not there yet. Would you agree?
IDK... My daughter was required to get a vax to finish college. I wrote a letter (in her name) to the college outlining it was not only illegal but that also that she won’t be getting a vax based on her personal beliefs which she stated are hers and hers alone and she will be providing NO other references or comments. In it I (she) stated that if refused her entry, she will sue not only the college and its administrators but each and every person involved in the decision personally. They immediately accepted her back for the last two years without questions. Sometimes, its all in how you phrase it.
Rotor - what was your intention with this line of questioning?
Sorry for the “interrogation”. I simply wanted to know if you took action, any action or just complained and waited for rescue. My feeling is the cavalry isn’t coming. Each and every one of us has to take individual action to stop this in each and every case presented to us. I refuse to comply with this tyranny bullshit period. If presented, I verbally call it out and refuse to comply. I hope and wish everyone else do the same. I told everyone the same as mentioned, don’t quit over vax, get fired and strike back appropriately with force they understand.... money. God bless.
I would suggest there is a large difference in circumstances.
Glad it worked in yours though.
Despite the painful event I went through, God carried me, without needing to apply, quickly into a new job that pays more, is out of SoCal and around family.
My only struggle is on a creative front - because I had made my previous job an idol, which needed correcting anyways.
All that to say - there's a lot I have had to walk through regarding -
Romans 12:19 NKJV
Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord.
If I truly rest in the Lord, then - I have to resolve this command with my own feelings.
Which means, I need to be real careful walking on this path - if I even should - and is why I'm not spam calling lawyers.
If it's God's will - it will happen as I follow.
If not - I need to make sure I am not making it happen, if that makes sense.
Pure bullshit now, pure compensation later. Purolator.
Now do carthart
.....but the govy made me do it. Any corporation that fired employees over Vax refusal should terminate their lawyers, their worthless. Also, pay the money for what they did to their employees lives.
