What am I missing with 15:00 being 3pm but marked as 9am. Are time stamps GMT.
I just looked at the Tweet, and it says 8:00 am (I'm CST) so it was posted at 9 am EST. Whoever made this pic must have been in GMT.

Interesting. Looking at radar theres 1 strato tanker out of Pittsburgh went down running tight circles around DC at the moment. Not much on radar 7 total nothing to warrant strato so their not showing status. Maybe making moves on Christmas?
