It feels like it now but time heels. I lost my best friend of 9 years, had to put him down because of a brain tumor. The next month my van with all my tools got stolen and I caught my wife cheating. I had never felt lower in life.
Hang in God I feel your pain. So much loss . I will pray for you. I swear it's like I'm being perused by demons for the work we do to end evils reign. I keep praying. You deserve better. Never let any of the dirt flung at you ever tell you different.

I've been told too much fat in the diet causes pancreas issues in dogs. From several vet sources. Just throwing it out there.
I try to give him baked plain chicken .unseasoned kibble sucks . I got him bark box n the stupid cookie in it made him.sick. he was so happy w the toys. Didnt even get to rip the squeaker out yet.
Plain chicken and rice is always good.
Our family dog had liver issues and we fed him plain chicken, scrambled eggs, rice and plain cuts of cooked beef and sometimes some pumpkin or squash. Not all at once but those were his meals for the last couple years. It helped a lot.
Feel you, didn't think and gave the old pooch a sliver of summer sausage and I've been dealing with it.
Natures Logic Sardines works for my old guy, super low in fat (8% min. on the bags I've bought) and he does well; seems to actually like it considering its the only dry food I've found that works with him.

Thank you. I had to have him euthanized as he had a terrible mass in his stomach that ruptured. His eyes were so sad when he gave me his signature smooch on the lips. He would press his muzzle against your lips w o licking . I am so heartbroken I cant function. The house is cold and silent when I return from dropping my son at his place of employment that I can't sleep. I hope the pain stops soon. I have no focus m need to find a job asap thank you.
Yes..I keep telling him I'm going to get my son and will be right back...to an empty bed. I cant move his things or dump his water bowl. The neighbors dogs bark for him at our back door several times a day. I hirt from every loss the last 5 years he comforted me in. I wish this movie would end. No idea how I'll add a job. I cant sleep I cant eat . I come home from dropping my son at work at 11 pm and the house is as silent as the grave. I feel like I failed hi. Think I let them do it too fast . Didnt linger too long w him as I knew he was sick and I wouldnt let gh o if I didnt go fast. I have nothing in life to comfort me now. It hurts terribly. But I held him and told him I lived hjm as he went. My sweet silky eared love.
My furball was diagnosed with intestinal tumors in June, he was given a couple weeks. He fought through I don't know what kind of pain, continued to eat and keep his plumbing going until December 12th. Every morning I woke up i was amazed and blessed to have him jump on the bed when he saw me stirring and he heard cars start moving around outside. I have an idea what sort of anxiety you gotta be having for your friend, I feel for you. God Bless.

I had a very vivid dream once. In it I was in a field by a house that was very special to me (the first house my husband and I bought) and all my pets, past and present were with me in the field. I hardly ever remember my dreams but this one was so real to me that I almost wonder if it was a near death experience (I have sleep apnea so that is a possibility). In any case I have complete faith that we will be reunited with our pets one day. I hope you can have that faith too.

Thank you. No idea if anyone saw my follow comment. Copper had a significant mass in his stomach that was ruptured. He was given his wings last night at 9:11 pm at 18 days shy of 8. I held him in my arms until his heart stopped I hurt all over. I'm sick. Gods will be done Damn Yellow I couldnt get him cremated. But the vet felt bad that I was broke and paid for the cast of his paw when my neighbor offered but only had a check. I thank you all. Your prayers brought me a caring agency that would help him. I wish I could post a great picture my son had taken of hi. Happy and well. But it wouldnt be allowed. Thank you thank you. For the wonderful anon compassion. It's not lost on us.

I'm justbprsying he sleeps hes fighting it wont lay down I keep building pillows up so he can lean in n hopefully sleep.too cold to try to see if he can pee or anything else. He just stood on porch before.didnt move.he was better from Christmas. And got bad again..maybe a blockage?
