I dont understand how many people here dont understand that without a mandate from the people, lasting Justice was impossible. So you jailed a couple low level minions. How does this end the endless? It may be satisfying to see these people jailed but it doesnt further the goal of giving the country back to the people. The status quo doesnt change.
And by trying to force the issue and institute mass arrests when the people are still half asleep you open up the distinct possibility of internecine violence.
These last four years have been to build concensus. And it has been successful in large part. Now when Trump rolls up the deep state, the people are behind him and we can find some lasting peace.

I'm Romanian actually, ive never been in the USA, and maybe from the outside I have a warped view but I remember seeing in older movies and TV shows how in most public institutions they would swear allegiance to the flag before starting a meeting, or school or work or something. It seemed pretty cool to me, reminding people of what they are working for. Is that still a thing? Or was is never a thing IRL?
