This is a classic example of watching the bomb fall and ignoring the bombers in the sky that are carrying thousand more of those bombs.
Yes, one of the 4 credit card companies are going. But guess what? The rest of the 3 are also going to be wiped out.
Why?
Because the entire credit industry is an integral cog in the fiat currency beast financial system.
Credit is EVIL.
Let that sink in, before complaining how one of the credit card companies are disappearing.
Its like watching one of the big banks disappear and feeling sad that we are losing competitiveness within banks.
The signs for this has been written all over the walls. More and more shops that used to say "No Cash" in 2021, are now putting up signs "1.5% surcharge for credit card transactions. Additional for Amex"
My prediction? Next to go will be Amex. And finally the VISA and Mastercard. All the salvagable parts of these companies will probably be assimilated into the new non-debt backed financial system.

I predict that post Great Awakening, Credit Cards might cease to exist altogether
How do you know whether a credit system is a evil system or not?
Here is my personal take on it. If there is no debtors prison, then the credit system is evil. Why? When there is debtors prison, the person taking the debt has to face consequences for how they handle their debt. But if not, then the whole society has to pay for people's irresponsible use of debt. And that brings us to how debt is used as a part of slave system.
I mean that is one way to look at it, another way the the biblical evil of usury.
Source Exodus 22:25, Ezekiel 18:13, Duteronomy 23:19 (there are others)
Any interest base system is flat out evil. I am hopeful another round of Trump will have a Jubilee. I hope we are that far along in the Timeline, though we might still be going into a few years of destruction. I am hoping that these past years of deep state/secret combination administration is the time of troubles.
Agreed. They used usury to control individuals and convert them into slaves and steal all their wealth. Now they are using the exact same tactic, but at country level, using central banking.
While I agree that all interest based system is evil, my simple mind cannot wrap around a world where people have no way of borrowing money. What if you fall on hard times? What if you want to start a venture?
The way the Banksters took control of the Christiandom was by filling in the void that was left since Christians were not allowed to charge interest and so many of the monarchs had no other option but to borrow money from the Banksters.
Do we want this huge gaping loophole?
What if there is a low interest based loan system, but backed by resource backed economy and without fiat fraud?
Honestly, I cant even begin to grasp the answer, and if you know me, you realise that this is very unsual.
You are right. If one was unable to wipe out certain debts by filing for bankruptcy, I suspect people would think twice before wracking up so much debt for which everyone winds up paying.
Wee further refined it in this subthread
Amen
AND ALL THE CREDIT debt rolled into a configurable application that will help people deeper in dept to GET OUT OF THE DEBT...
The financial system is a shambles due to the bank nonsense in the '80s where I was working at Merrill-Lynch in tech dept...just keeping track of the transaction was a SUPER headache due to putting NOT ONLY 2 FIELDS FOR IDENTIFICATION BUT ALSO A 32-BIT column to track that persons transactions.
Anything to make life easier for the plebes...I AM ALL IN AND FOR!!!!
Yes^^^ came to say this. Credit cards suck the lifeblood from people. I walked away years ago and it was life giving!
Soon this slave debt system will be demolished. It's theft. Hopefully there will be restitution to the people.
I agree with u/bubble_bursts. Good on you for seeing the silver lining in this, fren. u/HonestBobbin hit the nail on the head with the usury comparison. The Lord strictly forbids it.
The credit system is how the faggots got rich and powerful enough to control humanity in a system of debt slavery. Good riddance when it's gone.

What you figure will happen with mortgage debt when this goes down?
Simple. If you want to keep the property, you have to roll that debt into a non-predatory, low interest loan in the new free system.
Or, you have to downsize, and work your way back.
I sure hope that option shows up, and doesn’t require a mark.
is there a fren that knows history of pre WWII Germany how they did credits after banning usury ?
Alternate financial systems are already being built (and currently exist) in crypto, its massive. Lookup Chainlink.
The difference will be which ones predominate as used by the public, and what, out of the many options, will come of it.
Gold & SIlver backed crypto's already exist, such as the XAG (silver) token.
Now I knew it was all going to go poof with Trump back somehow. But just knew from all the stuff we talk about back-stage. But this makes a ton of sense my friend. You should do a separate post/thread explaining it down the road for everyone. It might ease credit/debt fears. Heck, I feel better enough to take these hot coals out my britches now Kek!
What will happen to what we owe on? Like my 2 credit cards? Just wiped away? I would assume so if the contract/company is obliterated. Or will what we owe just roll into the new system so we’ll still be SOL on screwed due to Biden forcing some of us to use them just to live and pay bills and car issues and such? That’s the part I’m lost on.
Debt gets sold off to other creditors all the time. Chances are some shark would buy it at pennies on the dollar and hope to collect the high rates enough to make some profit.
This is a very important question for us here to be discussing. We can approach this logically.
First - everything happening right now seems to be happening organically (even though we know WHs are behind it) and everything is following the law.
Second - everything we see is a controlled demolition of the existing system. The Trump EOs ensure that any gains from crime goes back to the Treasury when its all done.
Keeping that in mind, there are two possibilities to our credit cards.
The debt is owed to a bank/organization that, suprisingly, never committed crimes against Humanity. In this case, it would be argued that the debt remains intact (rule of law) and we will have to repay this debt as we normally would. I expect this to be very small portion - like local banks, credit unions etc. Those who would not be engaging in any predatory tactics.
The debt is owed to a bank/organization that committed crimes against Humaniity. In this case ultimately all the debt will be owed to the Treasury.
At the same time, people would also have lost all their savings they had in the banks that were wiped away. Their assets now belonging to the Treasury.
So treasury will have tons of assets that should be repatriated to its rightful owners and debt that is owed from the people.
My guess is that up to a certain amount (lets just say 100K USD) all savings are replenished from the Treasury assets. The rest will only be repatriated only once they are satisfied that they could be accounted for and did not come from any crimes. (I believe this database is already being compiled all through the last few years, tracing all the flows of money)
So once the asset side of the Treasury is squared away, we can start working out the debt side. I would say the final result would be based on what is fair for everyone.
For example, if I took credit card loan and bought a 60" TV, and now I get to keep the TV? Even if the credit is forgiven? I dont think thats fair.
At the same time, if I was surviving on credit because I was a victim of this beast financial system (lets say lost job to diversity hires, or got injured by vaccines or any number of ways the system gobbles you up) and now I have to carry the burdens even in the brand new world? Thats not fair as well.
I think again there will be some sensible way in which some of the debt is forgiven and some of the debt is rolled into a low/no interest long term repayment.
Credit cards let the card holder print money at an exorbitant rate.
