Klann would continue by informing the board members that they do not have a proper bond carrying surety for their actions with regard to We the People.

I don't think she ever got to serve them. I saw the video and the board walked out because the chairman got offended about something. It was posted here, (part of the meeting) and I think the twitter account was Anne Vandersteel (I'm not familiar with that person.)

Were any of them arrested, charged, or no longer on the board after this? Who are we kidding? None of the above happened to any of them. We need to dispense with the theatrics and start doing something that works. Unfortunately all the things I can think of are very illegal and I can't suggest them because of that.
