They all should be dismissed.
Then move on to Letitia Peekaboo James.
Slowly works better in torture.* The fear generated by the anticipated incoming failure creates the most salt.

Malicious Prosecution Claims in Georgia; Facing a lawsuit is a heavy burden, financially and emotionally, no matter the circumstances of the claim or claims made against you. But imagine defending yourself in a case with no valid basis in the law, or brought for a frivolous, vindictive, or otherwise improper reason. If you have been subjected to a baseless legal claim in a civil or criminal proceeding, you may have a valid case for malicious prosecution, thus turning the tables on the persona or business that wrongfully accused you.*** Recoverable Damages in a Malicious Prosecution Case The goal of the Georgia law allowing for malicious prosecution claims is to prevent and address abuse of the legal process. When a malicious prosecution claim is successful, you may recover payment for damages suffered as the result of the legal proceeding forced upon you. Depending on whether the case was criminal or civil, these damages may cover any time spent in jail, the cost of defending the charges, missed work, lost business opportunities, and damage to your reputation in the community. In certain cases, punitive damages may also be available if you can establish that the actions taken against you rise to the level of wilful misconduct, malice or fraud.

Agreed fren... Cheers... ☕☕☕
Thanks for the post fren. Here is additional sauce from TGP.
This quote is a bit of a concern.
Sounds like the judge is saying Fati can bring the indictments back if she wants.
I think we will know if this is good or bad based on the left's reaction to it.
Returning to the GJ is not an option for them. It will push this case well beyond usefulness for the death cult. So these 6 charges are off the board.
This is just more bad news for the prosecution. Before the Judge has even made a ruling concerning Fani, these 6 charges are gone by what the article implies is diversity hire lawyering.
I hope you are right. You likely are.
One of the things I was pointing out is that the judge appears to be dismissing the charges but saying they can press the same charges again. This is different than simply throwing out the charges and being done with it.

With any luck she and Wade will be removed from the case and disbarred... Cheers fren... ☕☕☕

So whats this a dirty judge trying to appear neutral by dismissing some charges before he lets the ass i mean fanni off the hook?
Six or three? you contradict yourself. I'll have to go read it now....
It said 6 of 13 were dropped and how did I contradict myself??? Cheers fren... ☕️☕️☕️
It's nonsense. They've been instructed that they can make adjustments, put it back before a grand jury and re-indict.
Time is not on their side. November 5th is approaching.
It's not nonsense
It means the charges as written were deficient.
Specifically, the judge said they were not specific enough that the defendant would know exactly how to defend against them.
Of course, the other charges in the indictment including the main conspiracy can still go forward
6 charges were dropped.
Only 3 of those charges were against Trump.
