I'm not in the know, but I don't think military courts serve papers like a criminal court would. I think they just show up with some MPs and take you away.
But they get a defense, so some type of notice is needed. I'm sure the process of serving notice is different from the states' laws for civilians, but a court martial can't happen without notice.
I know the guy that wrote the letter of military accountability, and I signed it myself. He is not some insider, he is just a senior naval officer (non-flag rank) that got screwed over just like the rest of us. But he put himself out there for everyone, and he’s a hero for it. Please consider purchasing his book.
The letter was basically a litany of all the ways we got illegally screwed over. It is not a legal document or connected at all with JAG. If I had to venture a guess, I would think that whoever’s producing this video is using the letter as some sort of “evidence.” Lame
So... check out some of the signatures, you may recognize the names as Patriots you have seen on podcasts or interviews.
Sheila Holm does prayer leading, faith healing, podcasting, and pro-American activism. I've heard her be open about believing Q to be a legit operation, and she's friends with LT of "And We Know." She probably really does know a bunch of these military servicemen and veterans, because a lot of them are outspoken patriots as well.
Unfortunately, NO, this does not necessarily mean the military court martial started on January 1st.
But this does appear to be a step in that direction. These are legit servicemen of vets, some of pretty high rank, listing genuine criminal grievances against military leadership. I wouldn't expect immediate action however.
Remember that colonel (memory only here on rank) who put together 200+ officers to pursue court marshalls against the senior officers responsible? It was a big deal for a few days and we have heard nothing since. This woman doesn't seem legit, but there was a ball on this scenario that started rolling a couple of months ago.
