I kind of care about Wa. State's mess because my oldest son lives there. He's going thru a divorce and she won't let him move back here to FL with their kids, even though both sides of their family reside down here. It's asinine.
EV's would become competitive when they ditch the batteries and switch to fuel cells. Until then, they are significantly inferior to standard ICE vehicles.

Why not just ban gasoline? That would force everyone to purchase EV overnight and be done with the gas issue all at once. If folks cannot afford an EV, well they can take the bus or train. This ain't rocket science, it just another way for the government to over reach and creat chaos. That is one thing they are good at along with their minions in the media.
