The tariffs Trump is gong to stick on their imported crap is going to replace the income tax.
The tariffs are also going to make businesses think more about using onshore factories and labor since the mega profits will evaporate. Every year the import tariffs should increase until Made in America becomes the standard again.
Made in America was killed in one generation. I just helped empty out a house for an elderly person, everything, and I mean everything was Made in USA. Hopefully it will take less than a generation to return to Made in USA.
If you are old world oligarch/bankers who own the logistics companies and get to sneak in the most valuable cargos CHILDREN & Women and get to hide the cost of
inflation by shifting to the new slave labor markets constantly... you might be CRANKY .
Agree 💯 It also became clear during the Plandemic that we need to manufacture antibiotics here in the US asap. It's ridiculous that we rely on other countries for medicine
I remember a study last year that stated one of these ships puts out the same emissions as 280 million cars. I reread it thinking that represented the entire fleet but was floored when it said one. That ship is truly a monster.

It's a win win.

I bet the ceramics were made in Japan
Back to the time before I come tax!!! Make it so!!
Not a win for EVIL:

Somehow the environmentalists never mention this type of thing, but if you own a gas range, you're evil incarnate.
I’ve been saying this for years! It’s hard to find clothing made in the USA and getting harder to find foods grown here.
Hey, quit pointing out the obvious. Some one could be paying attention. Might even talk about it.

Trump was talking about doing just that while he was (openly) POTUS, medicines made in Puerto Rico.
It's almost as if it's built to conceal the illegal trafficking of anything imaginable.
I agree that we should manufacture in USA, these ships are still impressive. We just need to be using them to export not import.
It can also be used as a 15 minute city.
What the everloving f? That is HUGE!
Buy “made in china” garbage? Your purchases made this possible!
lol wtf
This is so sad.
Fuck globalism.

That's a lot of kids.
This ships deliver containers from nearly all countries to all other countries, not just to the USA.
The biggest ship cost only 150 million to make? That seems cheap nowadays.
Filled with migrants
Very good point. What's with this shit?
