There’s multiple medics on scene…the would have 4 likely participating in the lift (not two flinging him on to the stretcher.
There’s no chance a white t shirt stays intact after being engulfed in flames.
This video looks super sketchy to me as an ER doc FWIW.
Reminds me of how bystanders took Ashley Babbit down the stairs with cops standing by doing nothing. And the bystanders chair carrying an injured person at the pulse nightclub. Again, officers saying nothing.

Problem with a guy fully engulfed is similar to a person drowning. They can panic and pull you in. Unless you're properly trained or equipped you can get seriously injured. If the person did it deliberately it isn't worth the risk.
