Well he does seem to pull a gun out pretty quickly but then begins retracting it. A shot goes off which they say was from him first while they struggled to get the weapon, at which point the officers were backed off and unloaded.
Was he thinking another threat could be waiting him before realizing it’s the police? Was he really there to meet children? Don’t know.
I did find it odd how he begins retracting the gun, but at that point it’s too late for him.
Edit: Ah I need to watch this was waiting on follow up. This guy claimed in last video he had a history of legal troubles and trouble w the same type of crime, and was investigating to see if it was covered up by officials.
I agree, it didn't seem like he was going to finish drawing out Any weapon. It was as If his hand stalled in his jacket and the police could have taken him in without killing him. I think the reason for his visit and his military experiwnce affected the quick shoot decision too.
People can't react that fast. As soon as they see the gun,they react to shoot, they can't stop that half way through.

One of the officers was shot. So, yeah, he pulled out a gun. The officer that was shot only had a minor injury since it grazed him.
The way they unloaded mags on him kind of indicates something serious happening that was known in advance. There was no way he was coming back from that barrage.
So it seems this guy had been caught multiple times for being involved in child trafficking in the past.... why wasn't he in jail? Who else was involved? Is this why he had properties worth several million dollars? Was he there to meet kids or was it a set up either way to silence him? The guy who posted about this on Tik Tok certainly got penalized for covering this, Iwonder if he will be able to show the documents or will he be prevented? There is DEFINITELY more with all this!!

FYI Docs from 2017 say that during an interview with detectives, Meneley admitted he had been arrested for a similar offense in Texas years prior. At the time, he was diverted to community service and classes.

There’s nothing even slightly surprising about an navy doctor with his time in grade having done a two-year tour commanding a base hospital, so this Guantanamo connection is likely just a big nothing.
