Could you link the section of the research and/or witness/whistleblower testimony that says a cross pendant impeded government psychic research efforts? I’ve researched this extensively in the past and don’t recall ever seeing that claim, and after doing some searching around I can’t find anywhere that corroborates this claim.

No hard evidence, but I've read anecdotal accounts of alien abductions that were stopped when the potential abductee called on the name of Jesus.
