Female darts champion refuses to compete against male, withdraws from tournament
A world champion female darts player is being praised for taking a stand against wokeism after forfeiting a match against a gender-confused man at the Denmark Open last weekend.
Deta Hedman was born in Jamaica 64 years ago. She has been a top-ranked professional darts player in the United Kingdom since the 1980s. Over the past several years, she has aggressively pushed back against LGBT incursion into her profession. ...
Good to hear she's been pushing back for some time; glad she is now getting recognition for that.
When women EN MASSE push back, it will be over.
Especially positive, imo, because I doubt that DARTS is a sport where a male's greater strength makes any difference at all.
She's not worried that males have an unfair advantage in HER sport; she's clearly just protesting the insanity of forcing women to compete with men, and the also-insane idea that mentally ill men who might also be using hormones, drugs, and surgery to pass as women actually aren't MEN anymore but somehow ARE women.
There are still some mild advantages that men would have in the sport that goes beyond just strength. We tend to be very good at judging trajectories by instinct, which probably comes from generations of hunting and gathering to support our families.
Good point.
Nice pun - intentional?
No! But I wish I could say yes; just jotted the comment down without noticing.
Men generally have longer reach as well. A clear advantage in darts.
I know it ain’t PC to say men are better at everything, but girly boys are winning beauty pageants
Yea we know it’s a woke handout.
But the receipts are receipts. Men somehow dominate literally every single thing they try
Not because they're more beautiful, make no mistake. They're winning them because the judges get to virtue signal.

The worst g league player would beat 3 of her by 50 in a 3 on 1
But she’s great, and it’s great to see real women excel in sports
Yeah, she can really shoot the 3. But no chance playing and defending against men.
OK … yes, she is awesome. THAT BEING SAID, she would get smoked at every possession against the worst mens player. Sorry, but that is a fact. Again, in the womens league, she is spectacular.
Your mother is better at giving birth than every man who ever lived. Buy her flowers on Sunday
Men on average have better spatial thinking and hand-eye coordination than women.
I've seen that before somewhere, and it makes sense.
He's more than likely taller and has longer arms. All advantages in throwing darts
Just once, I'd love to see a woman in women sports destroy the man dressing in women's clothing and further ruin his mental status of thinking that he can be good in something if he just dresses up as a woman.
I don't know what sport that would be, but I'd love to see it.
Well Riley Gaines did tie with "Liar Thomas" that one time.
Couples figure skating would be hilarious. Hairy legged Synchronized swimming would be a close second, IMO.

Slippery slope ends here.
Must disagree. Darts is not a strength sport, but an accuracy sport. Many woman have crossed over to play in the world championships. This is not tennis, swimming, any track and field sport. I have played many dart tournaments against women, and gotten my ass kicked. IMO, this may be more of a stance of transgender crossover in any sport.
I would think fucking darts is literally one of the few games where gender shouldn’t really come into the equation. It doesn’t take strength or endurance.
It does take hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness, which men have advantages in.
That's not the point....
A darts classic by Ted Hankey: "Who's in charge, me or the devil?" To this day I have no idea what that was about.
Darts? Who gives a shit. Darts is not a physical sport.
It is when you are blind-drunk and stick a dart in someone standing too close or rudely walking in front while you are throwing. Trust me.
I guess that depends on how far away the dart board is and how heavy the darts are.
