Funny, I was thinking about this a few days ago. While I’m against globalism, if Canada can break with the Crown, vote out Trudeau and co., elect a true anti-woke MCGA government, I could see us joining forces. We have much more in common than not. Any Quebecoise care to chime in?
Hilarious that the last lady calls it a conspiracy theory while the news media specifically says 15 minutes to get what you want. This is what really pisses me off when people call us conspiracy theorist and yet you show them the media or organization saying it and then they just shrug us off and continue with their bullshit. fuck them.
As others have pointed out they will achieve this by taxing every mile/km you travel with your vehicle which will limit your mobility and tether you to these 15 minute hell holes.
Someone needs to ask them to their face on camera how they are going to force businesses to stay open in their 15 minute cities just to watch them wilt and panic.
They're already doing it here in Colorado, they just haven't announced it. Everywhere I go, there's giant buildings of condos shading the sun so people can't plant food, even on the deck of their 15 minute apartment/condo. There's talk among kids of not getting their drivers license, because why? They can walk or take their electric whatever scooter/bike/hoverboard to where they need to go. They're doing it here, just not announcing it. At least in Edmonton, they are announcing it.
