Nothing is done for the benefit of the people, and votes aren't already counted before they are cast. It's ALL an illusion... votes are bartered for re-elections, personal gain, or public "approval".

Personally I think this was the uniparty setting up a way to try to diminish any investigations of the real origin of covid by voting to release information that would be safe for them. Now when someone asks congress or the senate to investigate where covid came from they can say "we've already done that look at this report".
