And that's including the SCOTUS' very own DEI hires; kentaji brown (?) and the "wise latina" (HAAAA!) sotomayor...... and the other left-wing douches on there..
I thought I have heard that the Supreme Court have shut down these removal of Trump from the ballots months ago. If there something new that I was not aware of?
This ruling was back in March 2024. But they did rule that Congress is required to act before an "insurrectionist" may be disqualified from office. On Monday, March 4th, the Supreme Court reversed Colorado’s decision to remove President Trump from the ballot. The Court unanimously held that individual states cannot bar insurrectionists from holding Federal office under Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment. Five Justices went further, ruling that Congress alone may enforce Section 3. In this episode, constitutional scholars Mark Graber of the University of Maryland Law School and Michael McConnell of Stanford Law School join Jeffrey Rosen to discuss the Court’s 9-0 decision to avoid a chaotic “patchwork” of state-level ballot eligibility decisions and the 5-4 majority’s view that Section 3 requires Congress to act before an insurrectionist may be disqualified from office. https://constitutioncenter.org/news-debate/podcasts/the-supreme-court-says-states-cant-keep-trump-off-the-ballot
So, in the future, if a party has a heavy majority in congress, they can still ban someone from being on the federal ballot if they rally and choose to do so? Trump is no insurrectionist but 'they' are making it their case. If the congress were heavily Dem right now, in today's DS anti-Trump climate, they could still actually ban Trump nationwide.
That's a fair question. The DS has made a mess of our legal system for over 100 years, so it's going to take time to unravel it all. First thing is to get the people to wake up to gaslighting and start asking questions and demanding our Constitutional government back.
You know you've fucked up when you get a 9-0 ruling. Retarded DEI hires thinking they can do whatever they want.
Also I love these precedents being set.
DEO hires seem like Q plants as of the last 6 months. Lots of pro-gun decisions going out way (except today but that was a strange case).

So many people have no idea what a constitutional government really is.
Roe v Wade was unconstitutional - how many state's rights has the Federal government taken over?
Now the criminals at the state level think that they can control the country? When do we get the criminals out of state government?
I am confused:

Nothing new

It must burn liberals to know that DEI even voted against their feelings…
Could this be why they put up the fences? Any thoughts?
No this ruling was back in March 2024.
