I think the "joke" is in the chemical analysis of the rib eye. Note that although the climate change promoters portray beef as bad, the analysis shows there are lots of healthy attributes.
Rib eyes are a great cut of meat. I frequently pan fry them in bacon grease and butter. And don't look in my freezer; I have a whole shelf stacked with rib eyes.
I have a suggestion. You should include a link to the last week's Sunday Funnies in your post as well. That way we can go back and catch up on the editions we might have missed. Especially on a slow long day!
