Hedge funds and banks do this stuff intentionally to tank the stock, while they short it and make billions. They buy some shares and put people on the board,to bankrupt the company. They never have to buy the stock back so all their gains are tax free.
I dont know about this case, but they have done it to many others.
If the losses are not realised it hurts 401k even further … once all becomes clear that there is more liabilities that assets - the Silicon Bank as a good example.
Better to correct earlier and minimise the loss - only possible if people making those stupid decisions are out.
Pressure needs to be applied to get rid of the CEO and any executive who supported the policy in the first place. That's how you end it forever. Send a real message. Make people personally exposed and accountable for their Communist bullshit.
These people are so fvcking arrogant thinking this shit won't happen to them, even after SO many companies that are still picking splinters out of their asses for it.
...on the last day of 'fag month'. Oh, and with no changes in upper management, so the same spineless morons that made the original decision, are the same spineless morons trying to cover their asses.
Their stock price is hurting, that's why the announcement. Just smoke and mirrors. They'll do it again, when the pointy heads start whining about it.
This isn't winning. This just gets back to where things should be. Unfortunately, allowing the degeneracy gives the marxists some blood and you can be sure they'll do their faggotry behind closed doors.
I really dont understand why companies are allowed to make donations in the first place.
I kinda-sorta understand an individually-owned company being able to do it - but why has the SEC not jumped all over fhe waste of investor's money that is a donation to any cause?
In some places, there's no other place for 100 miles to get feed. You're unfortunately forced to get your stuff there.
There USED TO BE small independent feed stores by me, but inevitably ALL of them shut down, like just about every other independent small business via the constant downward spiral and attacks over the years on small business starting with 911...then 2008 (you didn't build that - FU), 2016-ish recession, and the final straw - c19. Small businesses have to close, but big box stores remained open.
Until the CEO that decided to implement this woke stupidity is fired I will continue to NOT shop at TSC.
Its the only way or this will happen again

Don't help them out.
This is how gme is going to bring down the whole temple.

PLUS divestiture of Blackrock/Vanguard/State Street ownership.
Could that hit retirees? Maybe.
Which is more important?
NUT UP. FREEDOM, RIDE OR DIE!
💯
Same. I want to see firing no parachute.
Too late. F*k ‘em

I still won't shop there any more.
Are they actually getting rid of it or just renaming it like others did?
I didn’t know. Boycott will commence.
Screw them…I hope they feel the full effect of being “budlighted”
In many cases the CEO and the board don't own any shares, they were just installed to wreck the company by JP MORGAN......
Their job is to wreck the company.
Then the short sellers make bank and pay no taxes on their gains.
Yup... they've been doing it to all the sandwich shop chains lately.
Vulture capitalism

Don't fall for it.
It's as if all they need to do in order to be successful in business is to simply...
...focus on business.
Shocking.
Very nice win.

Sad, Tractor Supply is my favorite source for my supplies for chickens.
Attwoods is great but their livestock likes to die.
Does the same management who were all idiots last year think that a press release will make them magically smart?
So even if they relent, the fact they took Soros money is a hard no to me ever giving them another penny.
Meh... I'll buy my salt licks elsewhere still.
