Notice how he ducks when he hears shots and the other secret service men run to cover Trump. Also, while he’s clearing the people out he’s crouching. He knew what was coming.

I personally think he looks the most like the one who's turned looking at the camera. Although this isn't a confirmation of any sort but sure does look like it could be the same guy.
I was thinking it could be one of two others, the one behind the guy looking at the Camera, or the one in White, far Right in the picture....
Granted, all these guys could be Cousins, they look soo similar....

He's tilting his head down in the top photo, which will decrease the size of his forehead visually, also he could have regrown his hair in the time between these photos with Minoxidil to change his 5head into a 4head.

Yeah - 8kun was on this yesterday and said the same thing. Close, but not the same guy. Also I think the guy was crouching for 2 reasons - he wanted the people behind him to be able to see the rally, and he wanted to stay out of as much video as possible. People do the same thing all the time if they walk in front of a stage or a screen.
