Are you sure it's FBI HRT? My understanding is it was always USSS CAT providing presidential level security at all times, with the possibility of SOF; SEALs, Green Beret, Delta, etc.
IDK if SOF are allowed to even provide dignitary security on US Soil or if that violates Posse Comitatus....?
