Could of been pre-recorded, but to me it seemed like it was a actor using a AI voice changer to sound like Biden. I don't think the real Biden could have made a prerecorded call with that much hype and excitement for Kamala after they just kicked him in the balls, and forced him out of the race.
There's a lot more voice in another instance i've found and he does sound congested or at least sore. I had really sore nasals from COVID. Real dry feeling but with watery snot. Could be legit.
It didn't even sound like him lately - I listened to the whole thing. He sounded WAY too upbeat and energized - his voice had way too much vigor. Also it was too quick. Biden does NOT speak like that these days.
If Biden is deathly ill or already gone.... why not just say it?

They're stupid if they announce his death as Covid. It would ruin any credibility they had for future pandemics and vaccines. Why would anyone trust them when the most vaxxed man in DC still dies from Covid?
As for the cover up, again they're stupid. Maybe they thought Harris would be too unpopular unless she got Biden's ringing endorsement. They have to make her believable for the steal.
If they announce his death then we have a State funeral and sympathy for a week as they run non stop all his accomplishments and beat that drum to death. Maybe it will be more like they say he’s in a coma and on life support. Not dead yet but unable to serve.
I also found it a little odd that she said "It's good to hear our President's VOICE" instead of "It's good to hear from our President."
