First it was the Noble Peace Prize, now the Olympics. Make them irrelevant AND refuse to host them (wasting tons of money) in the U.S. Tell the Olympic Committee to go go straight to hell, because they obviously worship Satan.
I don't watch competitions of one body against another, it reminds me of slavery and the gladiators fighting in an arena for spectacle and entertainment. If you are an athletic person, and good at it, mastering it, thank God for it, no need to compete. Sports are a billion dollar industry, all part of the spectacle to keep us zoned out and focusing on something other than our immediate lives. There is nothing wrong with being athletic, in and of itself, a trained body can give glory to God and HIS creation, but why the need to compete? And these performances for the opening just go to show how numb the populace has become, needing to up the anti to go for the shock and thrill that some people get. It's all manipulation and distraction.
