l don't understand the value of arrests "behind the scenes"? If a person of note rapes a child and all arrests and court proceedings are hidden from the public, what message is sent? I maintain that those in public office should be held to a higher standard, not a hidden one. Public officials who are arrested, tried and convicted should be matters of pubic record.
