Very nice post. Thanks for sharing. It was a good read and put together well. It's posts like this that help to remind us of part of why we fight.
2016 was magical for all of us in some way. I think the most important common denominator for us would be it was " Our first real dose of hopium ". Everything else we've had up to that point was GMO filler with a fancy label.
Trump's win was a defib for the Soul of America. We've been dying for quite awhile. Everything he said and did was Pro America. It's was like walking us out of a coma. Perhaps that is why many had " weird feelings " during that time.
Then when the Q drops started it was like a shot of adrenalin. It was confirmation - " There actually IS a Plan ".
“Birds born in a cage think flying is an illness.”

Most of us the knew waking ppl up was too massive of a task for scattered pockets of us to make the necessary dent to inflict real damage. Many of us still spent our lives this way. Red pilling whenever & wherever we could. Planting Seeds. Simple Farmers yes, but without seeds, there is no harvest.
Battling the msm, while being censored & trying to take care of " life " responsibilities was a losing battle DURING THAT TIME. They've been farming idiots while we do the work.
Fast forward to today. What has changed? Well firstly - A lot of time.
Those seeds have started to bud. We've since went airborne as well and pollinated endless fields of new crops.
Many additional positive things going on unbeknownst to all of us, however we do get hints everywhere. That is 1 of the reasons this board is so important. It's an endless supply of real hopium for those that are just willing to look at the bigger picture.
You won't need to reminisce about 2016 very soon. It'll be insanity till 25, but after that I think that magical feeling will return to stay. Hopium will not be come in doses. It will become part of our DNA.
We were told " You're Gonna Love How This Movie Ends & We're Gonna Show You a Brave New World ". I do believe that and have never doubted that since 2017.

I am nearly as old as Trump but I had hardly heard of him at all so you were well ahead of me. My excuse is that I am not American and had no interest in politics until the 2016 result was announced. Then I sat back and wondered how a country of over 300 million people could arrive at Hillary and Trump as being the two best options.
I knew Trump was an idiot with zero political experience because the MSM told me so, however, I had heard things about the Clintons that caused concern. I went back and listened to some of Trump's rallies and debates. He sounded OK to me, in fact, he was a breath of fresh air because he was not a typical politician but one who said what he thought and didn't give a **** .
I looked at bit deeper into the Clintons and soon found references to the "Clinton Body Count" so I have never looked at them the same way since.
I’m retired and in my early 70’s. So you have a your whole.life ahead of you. While I’m hoping to live long enough to see Trump in office and finally see some Justice!
What’s really amazing is how much one brain changes from the ages of 9-10 to a teenager/young adult. As a former SLP who worked with all ages. It may come of interest to you to know your brain continues to mature (mostly the frontal cortex/executive brain function) well into the mid-20’s.
So reading your perceptions of Trump at 9-10 was quite interesting perspective
So when did you start following Q? And how did you happen upon this site?
I was 9-10 years old during the 2016 election cycle
DAMN!
I feel old now and I'm only mid-40s!
WTF?!@
On a serious note, very interesting post u/cringerepublic/. Appreciate you sharing your story/perspective. As a 9/10 year old, you had impressive intellect and were clearly based AND awakened at a very young age.
I fell into conservatism as a 10 year old as well. Back then all I had was Rush in the car with my parents and reading websites..no youtube or social media
Your assessment is pretty spot on. That is exactly how it felt. I do think Trump is a shared experience for those of us under a certain age. He was the first politician that felt like something more. America and its potential finally made sense. Any reservations I had about my own country were replaced by sheer, undistilled patriotism
I attended the inauguration in 2017 and that was pure magic. 2016 was kind of a blur with 2 kids in college living at home. But one of the Millenials that I worked with bought a cardboard Trump, kept him in his office, and we all had fun that year cheering on the guy who was not a politician. It was a fun year as we imagined him beating Hillary Clinton. The “You’d be in jail” statement at the debate was talked about forever. I was lucky to work with so many young libertarians who adopted and respected Trump.
2016 was special for us after we had high hopes for the Tea Party yet saw the 70 or so new conservatives go to DC in 2010 and fade into RINO land. It also was dark for me as I stumbled onto Pizzagate and watched it unfold on Reddit.
I’m much older than you. I was lucky to have Ronald Reagan as my Command In Chief for some years. Those were magical years to be as we rebuilt our military and watched the Iron Curtain fall. A dark cloud started to descend back over the country afterwards. It got darker with 9/11, the wars, and later with Obama. Trump running was a glimmer of hope. His election that night was magical. I felt like Baron looked as they announced him winning that November night. It was a long night as I fought to stay awake. I laughed at the thought of Hillary being too drunk to come out and give a concession speech.
I was in my early 50's in 2016. I had not yet awakened to how bad things were, but I was in process. I liked Trump since his first rally in 2015. I had no idea who he really was before that rally - I was never a fan, never watched his show, knew he was a real estate billionaire. I listened to that rally online and was surprised at how good his message was. Then I saw how the media lied about it after, and I began to wake up... I also researched him and his family, and realized what a decent man he truly was.
I was with a group of people on election night 2016. We were all rooting for Trump! It was fun. As time went on and Trump began piling in the votes, I could not believe it! He was actually going to win! It truly was magical! However, the day after his inauguration - when Madonna said she wanted to burn down the White House and all the Left was violent and enraged - I realized those people's evil hearts were the actual problem. This really was a battle of good versus evil. Then in 2018, I found the Q boards and wakened fully. This really is an incredible story playing out in front of us all!!
You’re a fantastic writer, first of all. Second, your acumen at such a young age is beyond impressive.
Life feels more like a cartoon to me currently than at any other point in time. This movie we’re living through is so incredibly suspenseful, dramatic, scary, funny, absurd, hopeful, motivating. I’m exhausted, but I believe your/our future’s so bright, we gotta wear 😎
I’m old enough to be your grandmother. I was middle of the road my entire life and almost ashamed to admit that I voted for every party at some point in my life (including Ross Perot). I exactly understand the “gray” feeling from our politicians. I knew something needed to be fixed and I always felt a transformation would happen in my lifetime, I still kept voting for who I felt was the best candidate until the time came for a true change. I too felt the “color” in the room next to the other gray politicians. I was so excited when Trump was elected thinking finally things would be fixed and then 2020 happened.
I never accepted that Biden was anything more than the [p]resident and continued to pray for the future of our country and the world my grandchildren would grow up in. I can say that I happened to be watching one of my grand children when RFK did his speech last week and for the 2nd time in my adult life I had an overwhelming sense of peace and hope for our country (and honestly the human race).
Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m so encouraged to hear similar feelings from someone so young. It gives me great hope that we are not lost and as long as younger generations feel this way, the fight for good will continue and prevail.
I've been awake a long time in various esoteric and truth communities. Everyone always wanted another president like JFK, just one that was smart enough to not get assassinated. Never thought I would really see it but everything changed in 2016. Also pizzagate going mainstream was insane too.
Maybe the old world did come to an end in 2012 like the mayan calendar suggested lol That's when Putin first stood up to the elite shadow government in Syria. Since then its been loss after loss for the illuminati
I didn't have an account here yet, but may have been reading along back in 2015-2016. This wasn't my daily read like it is today, that's for sure.
I was definitely active in the Meme Wars of 2015/2016 back when I thought the playing field was equal on FB and Twit. Those were fun days. A single meme would make a liberal mind melt and it was glorious.
Here is my memory of those days using only gifs on GAW.

And finally, the most glorious of all memories was this person. I don't normally laugh and smile and giggle when I see someone in agony like this, but this person was a perfect example of who we were competing against and it is still GLORIOUS to this day that this all happened!

Children's intuition is a lot better than most adults. When your child tell you someone or something give off a creepy feeling, better listen.
