And about water. It can be made from thin air by an atmospheric water generator. It's an energy intensive process so the water could cost $.50 / gallon. But if electricity is free then water will be cheap.

I know for a fact, in NW Arizona, just a little South of Nevada. There are several power plants that generate electricity for Phx, Las V, and LA . The water used for these plants comes from wells 2k+ ft below ground. All newer plants are designed for ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) meaning once all systems and storage tanks are filled, the water never leaves the facility...you can't wear out water, it just recycles.
